Hillside passive house with a Veszprém panorama
Terra is a 174 m², two-storey family home on a Veszprém hillside, overlooking the city. The client wanted an energy-efficient, durable, modern home where large glazed surfaces frame the view — yet still deliver outstanding thermal performance. We built the house with MgO SIP technology, from foundations to handover, with our own team. The shell went up in a few weeks; the whole project was delivered on a fixed price and on schedule — handed over in 2024.
