How we handle your data
On the DR.SIP (R&G2000 Kft.) website we only collect what you send us — such as your name and contact details when requesting a quote — and only use it for the purpose you provided it. Data processing follows the GDPR and Hungarian data protection law.

What data we collect and why
We only process data that you voluntarily provide via the forms on this website (quote request, calculator, contact form):
- name, e-mail address, phone number
- message content (optional)
- the configuration you selected in the calculator (floor area, package, extras) — only when requesting a quote
The data is used exclusively to fulfil your request (offer, communication, contract preparation). Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps at your request, or Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent for follow-up communication.
How long we keep your data
- Quote requests without a contract: for 12 months from the last communication.
- In case of a contract: for the duration of the contractual relationship; accounting records: 8 years.
- After withdrawal of consent: deleted within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage
This website does not use any visitor tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party tracker. We use a single technical localStorage key (drsip-cookie-ack) that only records whether you have seen the notice bar — this is not a cookie and no data is sent to the server.
As only strictly necessary local storage is used, no separate opt-in consent is required.
Your rights and how to complain
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase ("be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. We respond to requests within 30 days, free of charge.
